Russell Keast is a Professor at Deakin University in Melbourne and leads the Deakin Centre for Advanced Food Sciences. His primary research area involves the sense of taste and the relationship with food choice and development of obesity. He has been awarded more than 20 million AUD as CI in competitive grants, published over 150 peer reviewed publications, H-Index 61, with 15,000+ citations.
