Admission to the 38th cycle (academic year 2022/2023) of the PhD Programme in Agrifood and Environmental Sciences - in cooperation with the Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM), Trento

The University of Trento announces a public selection procedure for admission to the 38th cycle (academic year 2022/2023) of the PhD Programme in Agrifood and Environmental Sciences – in cooperation with the Fondazione Edmund Mach (FEM), Trento. The 2 proposed PhD positions in the field of sensory and food science are:

1) Investigating oral microbiota signatures related to sensory responsiveness to food: a contribution to understanding food preferences and to promoting EATing habits related to WELLbeing and health (EATWELL). Supervisors: Flavia Gasperi (C3A/University of Trento); Davide Giacalone (University of Southern Denmark)

2) Development of green and real time analytical solutions for the monitoring of bioprocesses of agroindustrial relevance. Supervisors: Franco Biasioli (Fondazione Mach), Eugenio Aprea  (C3A/University of Trento); Vittorio Capozzi (ISPA-CNR)
