Research team “Gusto, Salute e Qualità” is part of National Research Council – Biometeorology Institute in Bologna.
The team carries out its activity in a Sensory Laboratory that complies with the ISO standards and consists of 14 individual stations with computerized system for data acquisition and processing (software Fizz, Biosystèmes).
GSQ Team apply sensory analysis to a wide range of products and also forming and training judges.
IBIMET conducts research and collaborative activities with companies in agro-food, textile and sanitary sector, integrating also with physico-chemical analysis and consumer test.
