The workshop will be focused on the topics that will be the core of Eurosense – European Conference in Sensory and Consumer Science (Verona, 2-5th September 2018), organized by the Italian Sensory Science Society (SISS) and the European Sensory Science Society (E3S).
The workshop will focus on individual differences in sensory perception, liking, preference, choice and behavior, the core of the SISS Italian Taste research project that has just ended. The talks will also deal with the input of sensory studies in the promotion of healthier eating behaviors, the role of the context and of the relationships between sensory and instrumental studies.
The Italian Sensory Science Society is proud to host a presentation of the winner of Spanish Sensory Science Society (AEPAS) Young Researchers Award, within the E3S Student Exchange between the Italian and Spanish sensory science society.
After the workshop the general assembly will take place.
The workshop will be held in Italian language with the exception of the presentation of Student Exchange SISS/AEPAS Award’s winner.
