Prof. Jean-Xavier Guinard is looking for a post-doctoral fellow for a 1- or 2-year position in
sensory and consumer science at UC Davis.
The position will most likely involve research in the following areas of sensory and
consumer science and sensometrics but is open to other areas of mutual interest.

• Sensory determinants of food intake, and design of healthy, sustainable and
  delicious foods, drinks, and menus
• AI applications in sensory and consumer science
• Sensory and consumer science for the breeding of specialty crops
• Coffee sensory and consumer science
• Sensory evaluation and consumer testing methodology
• Consumer testing of foods and beverages
  
  The position may involve some teaching (of sensory and consumer science methods and principles), if desired.
  
  The position will be located in the Sensory Building of the Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine
  and Food Science at UC Davis (https://rmi.ucdavis.edu/).
  
  Yearly salary starting at $70,000, plus benefits
