Additional scolarship for the PhD “Agrifood and Environmental Sciences” related to the topic “Sensory Perception, Health, and Sustainability”
The PhD program in Agrifood And Environmental Sciences offers one additional fully funded position for research projects on the topic: Sensory Perception, Health, and Sustainability: A Multidisciplinary Approach to Future Diets. The position is co-funded by the University of Trento and the University of Southern Denmark.
The research project will explore how sensory qualities – such as flavor and texture – are related to nutrition and environmental impact, with the aim of making sustainable diets more appealing and healthy without compromising on taste.
The application deadline is 4:00 PM (Italian time) on 12 June 2025.
